Transitional Living
A place to land while you rebuild
Many individuals are excluded from housing assistance and suffer from a severe lack of support upon their release from incarceration, resulting in high rates of homelessness among the population.
We seek to alleviate this barrier to successful reentry by launching our transitional living program where individuals will have the opportunity to live short-term while they attain education, employment, and more — reestablishing themselves within the community.
